Hey everyone!! I swear these weeks are flying by faster and faster and I wonder if I'm actually thinking about things each week as much as I should. I have started a new job that I absolutely love. There is a learning curve and I have to learn to slow down so that everything I do is perfect rather than trying to rush forward and progress so my aim for this coming week is to slow down just a little to help myself become a better worker! I have been thinking about eating healthy this week. Eating healthy when I can and the easiest way to do it without blowing my budget. So the first thing I changed were my breakfast eating habits. That is...to actually start eating breakfast. As I start work really early in the morning, usually I skip breakfast and then by the time lunch rolls around, I am starving.
