Thermomix Red Bean Recipe

Hey everyone! As I've been saying, I've been playing with my thermomix a lot recently. I've come across a recipe by a fellow Perth resident here  which I've played around with and tested in my TM5 and this is going to be the first recipe I'm sharing! How exciting! This is a very easy recipe that's going to be used in another recipe that I'll be posting soon. So stay tuned! Anko - Red Bean Paste Filling Makes 620g. Ingredients 200g Azuki Beans 150g Sugar Method 1. Rinse the beans in water and remove any impurities or any irregular beans. 2. Place beans into the mixing bowl and add 300g of water. Boil the beans 100C counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting 10 minutes. Drain the water. (This step can be skipped. Some people believe that the beans should be soaked/cooked this way to remove any bitterness. I haven't found any bitterness by skipping this step. Hey everyone! It's been a long time since I've been able to write up an update. So many things have been happening lately. I've gotten a Thermomix for one. That is the best decision I have made for myself as I've started cooking a lot more recently and varied my diet in healthy and tasty ways. Before that, my life was full of boring stir fry's over and over again. Don't get me wrong, stir fry is delicious but I was eating the same stir fry every night. Now, my diet is full of stew, steamed fish/chicken, noodles, pasta and everything from scratch. There has also been a cute little addition to my family. My niece was born recently and she's so adorable. Cute little poop machine. She's making cute little faces and constantly sticking her tongue out at me. I've been trying to make things though! I have finally finished up the minion pattern. I thought I had a lot more photos than this, so I apologise that this is mostly a text based pattern than
