Slowly creeping towards WaiCon!

It's been a long time since I made any blogs here but I haven't forgotten my crochet plans! At this point in time I'm slowly ambling towards WaiCon which means the amount of things I'm going to make without a pattern will temporarily (insanely) increase! And then I'll go back to patterning pokemon again.

Recently I made a little rainbow snail. This is a Stacey Trock - Freshstitches design. She taught me how to crochet with her online classes and it's because of her that I've been inspired to make my own patterns to share with everyone!

The next pokemon on my list I believe will be ratata or one of the two genders of nidoran! I have the yarn to make all of them. Although before then, if I have the time, I'll make up some patterns for kirby, bobombs or piranha plants.

I would post up a pokeball tutorial but everyone has a pokeball tutorial so I don't think I will bother with that one! I have made 30 pokeballs in the past few months though. Hopefully I have enough to make the people of the upcoming convention happy

Hello all!! I've been mysteriously quiet lately but I've been very productive. Just lazy when it comes to actually resizing my images and putting these patterns up. I have a backlog of actual patterns to put up so I'll work through them slowly. I figure I would come back with one that a lot of people have been happy with. This Mimikyu is 30.5cm (12 inches) tall from base to the tip of its crooked ear. Features are needlefelted on and everything is sewn on and attached so there are no hard parts. Clefairy (Pokedoll style)

Hello! I come with another pattern that isn't being added to the pokedex library as this one is done in pokedoll (cute and round) style rather than based on the original dex image. But this one is really quick and easy to work up! I made this with DK weight yarn and my usual 4.00 size hook. The plush works up to be 18cm (7 inches) tall and 21cm (about 8 1/2 inches) arm span!
