Pikachu Glove Pattern!

Hey Everyone! I finally got around to finishing the pikachu glove pattern that I have been working on for months and months. With my health picking up and work calming down, I have managed to make time for the things I enjoy again! The pattern here is sized for a female adult which is my own hand. My hand is 10cm horizontally across the palm and 17cm from the tip of my middle finger to my wrist. The glove does have a bit of stretch. When made from DK weight yarn the gloves fit the average female hand if made following the instructions. There are separate steps to modify the glove to fit your hand. The brown part of the eyes, nose and mouth are needlefelted. Eating healthy!

The next update will be a crochet related one! I've been wokring hard on the pikachu glove pattern and it's coming close now. I have the final facial features to go and then I can post up the pattern. I've been eating healthy recently to try and get my weight down for my wedding next year but also for my body to be just generally healthier. My Thermomix has been great for making this easier for me. I know what goes into just about all of my food (I'm not exactly a fanatic, I still buy some sauces and such) and I can cook easily and quickly. This is a huge help for me between work, study and designing crochet patterns. It's quite easy to see my love of Japan and particularly Japanese food. It's quick to cook, healthy and delicious. I have adapted one of Just One Cookbook's recipes to be Thermomix (partially) friendly. It's still finished off on the stove top. So I wanted to share it with you guys today.
